We understand how the renting process can be stressful and a headache. We are going to explain the onboarding process as simple as it is.
First Step
The beginning process is finding us on facebook marketplace or through our website needing a rental for gig work, personal ride to work or traveling.
Our Car Matches your Desire
If you think our vehicle is the right fit for your needs then go to our website to fill out our application form or message us on facebook to get the form via link.
Our Team will Reach Out
We will go over your form and review it. If we decide to move forward we will fill out the rental agreement and send it to you via email. We will also reach out to ask a few questions for confirmation. (Insurance policy, pick-up & drop off date, payment plan)
Final Step
Once we have information confirmed and we handled the insurance, pick-up, drop-off date, and you signed the rental agreement. We move on to the third step.
Drop-off keys
Once we received the signed rental agreement, we will deliver or meet-up on the pick-up day and will drop off the keys to the renter. Gas will be full and ready to go.
Ready to go
Once we received payment we will hand off the keys and you’re ready to go! If renting for more than a month we will reach out to schedule a regular maintenance.
